Spanish Medical Translation

ATA certified translators

While helpful in everyday conversation, bilingual ability, by itself, is insufficient to properly translate material into another language. Bicultural experience – knowing the language’s patterns and nuances from having lived in a particular country – is more significant. Also important is specialization in a field such as law, medicine, finance, engineering, etc.

In the case of medical, pharmacological and biotechnical translations, the translator must have the necessary education, degrees, experience and training to be qualified as a Medical Translator.

Spanish Medical Translation:

  • Employs only translators who have the required education, experience and training for assigned projects.
  • Matches a given project to a particular translator based on the subject matter of the source material (material the client wants translated) and the translator’s related experience and expertise.
  • Has available for the client the credentials of the translator assigned to their project.
